Big Bull (The Wedge) RV Stabilizer

A complete set of four Big Bull RV Stabilizers. Lockable rack and pinion design with 1/4" (pitch) fine adjusting increments and 10" of total vertical travel adjustment @ 45. Neoprene rubber frame wedge ends to protect your RV from straches or paint damage. Both ends are designed to 45° for quick setup and reference. Inside wedge mount works only on RV flange type I beam frames. Set comes with two 850 lb ratchet straps. Each stabilizer weighs 9 lbs.  If your RV ain't a rocking you know that Big Bull came a knocking. Correct Fit:
To determine the correct size, with the RV on a level surface measure from the desired RV support surface vertically straight down to the ground. We will calculate the proper length of the stabilizers to maintain a 45 degree angle.
 
Legal Waiver Agreement
I, for myself, my heirs, personal representative or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Big Bull Hitches LLC its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims, resulting in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from, but not limited to, the use of the Big Bull RV Stabilizers that I am purchasing.
 
I have read the previous paragraph and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other potential risks associated with using the Big Bull RV Stabilizers.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BIG BULL HITCHES LLC, HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my use of the Big Bull RV Stabilizers and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

Severability: I further expressly agree that the foregoing waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of North Carolina and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I accept the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by purchasing these Big Bull RV Stabilizers through their website to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
