55Ton Longhorn

This is the largest in the Bull's Eye Hitch family. It's the 55T Longhorn. It is equipped with a 55 Ton shackle. This thing is a monster!!  It has a knuckle diameter of 6" and is 13-1/2" from the centerline of hitch bar to the tip of the shackle. Hitch bar comes with a hardened inner locking ring. This hitch bar is available for 2", 2-1/2" and 3" receivers. Solid colors only due to size. Correct Fit:
To determine the correct size and fit, measure your vehicles receiver size and then measure your distance (with vehicle level) from the centerline of your hitch to the ground and then substract it from the distance from the ground to the bottom of your vehicles differential. Shackle should not be below the bottom of differential. 
 
Legal Waiver Agreement
I, for myself, my heirs, personal representative or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Big Bull Hitches LLC its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims, resulting in personal injury, accidents, or illnesses (including death) and property loss arising from, but not limited to, the use of the Big Bull Hitch that I am purchasing.
 
I have read the previous paragraph and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other potential risks associated with using the Big Bull Hitch.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD BIG BULL HITCHES LLC, HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my use of the Big Bull Hitch and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

Severability: I further expressly agree that the foregoing waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law of the State of North Carolina and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I accept the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by purchasing this Big Bull Hitch through their website to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
